I used my spring-bundt-form pan last night for the first time to make a chocolate bundt cake. I didn't wait long enough for it to cool before trying to flip it so it lost its neat looking top, all of the chocolate chips inside were exposed. Don't worry, I covered them with a chocolate glaze.

Wow! That must have been one chocolate cake! Adding Chocolate Chips even!
Isn't it hard to be patient when you are baking? Waiting for things to cool seems to take forever! Glad you own the tin, so you can do it again.
