GOOOAAAALLLLLL!

If only that was what was yelled at the Western Conference Finals this past weekend. On Saturday night Erik Gunn and I attened the Western Conference Fianls at Rio Tinto Stadium located in Sandy Utah just a block west of Jordan Commons. Erik's dad knows a guy so we had some great seats 7 rows up and to the back left of the goal.

During the first half the New York Red Bulls (don't ask why they are in the Western Confernce, nobody knows) scored a goal. For the second half Real Salt Lake was trying to score on our end. They had so many shots and they either went off the posts or was just a little wide. It was an intense game that ended in an intense loss 0-1. But it was totally worth going.

Erik and I were the first in the Stadium (we were there a bit early)

NY Red Bulls in White and Real SL in Red. This is before the game started.

Just like the Europeans the RSL fans know how to throw stuff onto the feild.

And this boy's job is to clean it all up.

What do you do about the smoke bombs?
